EFCC nabs 14 suspected internet fraudster in Port Harcourt
Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has arrested 14 suspected Internet Fraudsters in the state. The Commission in a statement by it Head, Media and Publicity, Wilson Uwujaren, said the suspected internet fraudsters were arrested over the weekend by its operatives.
Wilson said the suspects were arrested with three cars and other valuables, adding that they would be charged to court on completion of investigations. He said: “The suspects were arrested on Friday, 5th, May, 2023 by the operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Port Harcourt Zonal Command, during a sting operation at Rumuekini axis of Port Harcourt.

“The suspects are Okoro Ansalem, Gift Mylius, John Lucky, Sadiq Shaibu, Sadiq Fahid, Benjamin Nnaji, Bestman Daniel, Golden Emmanuel, Dike Collins, David Nnaji, Oscar Mathew, Ofe Goodness Okoro Gift and Isaac Abraham Jombo. They were arrested alongside three cars, Laptops, mobile and electronic devices. “They will be charged to Court as soon as the investigation is concluded.”
