FG to spend N1.036b in 3 months 11/11/87
The federal government is to spend N1.03 billion in the last quarter of this year. Financial sources disclosed that the expenditure has already received the blessing of the government, through the finance minister, Dr. Chu S.P Okongwu.
Already the minister has through a warrant NO BD/10218/S.80/1987 D.F.G.W. 4/1987 recently signed by him authorised the Accountant General of the Federation to pay from the Development Fund of the Federal Government sums necessary for carrying out government services at a level not exceeding a grand total of N1,035,794,483 for the months of October, November and December 1987.
