Apple’s founding MD Steve Jobs dies
Jobs, founding chief Steve Jobs who resigned as Apple Inc. chief executive officer on August 24, 2011, died yesterday the California- based Apple said. He was diagnosed in 2003 with a neuroendocrine tumor, a rare form of pancreatic cancer, and had a liver transplant in 2009. “We are deeply saddened to announce that Steve Jobs passed away,” Apple said. “Steve’s brilliance, passion and energy were the source of countless innovations that enrich and improve all of our lives.
