The Imo House of Assembly has passed a supplementary budget of 30.4 billion for 2012 fiscal year. The house passed the budget in Owerri on Tuesday at the executive session and announced during its plenary. The Chairman of the House Committee on Budget and Appropriation, Dr Eudora Igwe, said the budget was appropriated following the crucial need to supplement the 2012 budget.
