NEP Act panel to submit report soon
A tripartite committee set up by the federal government to make proposals for the amendment of the 1977 Nigerian Enterprises Promotion, NEP, Act would soon submit its report.
The proposed review is expected to satisfy the yearnings of concerned Nigerians who have been urging a review of the Act in line with the realities of the Nigerian economy.
The committee which draws its representatives from the Federal Ministry of Industries, The World Bank and the Nigerian Promotion Board is charged with making proposals that would enable more Nigerians executives control an alien enterprises operating in Nigeria.
