Lagos civil servants get 20% salary lift—Gov. Sanwo-Olu
Lagos state governor has approved a 20 per cent salary increase for core civil servant in the state.


A circular no 023 signed by Muri-Akunola, Head of Service, Lagos state dated 20th March 2023 reads in part “This is to notify for general information that Mr. Governor Babajide Olusola Sanw-Olu in his determination to improve the welfare and well being of public officers in Lagos state has graciously approve the increase in salaries for officers in the mainstream public service, local government and local government development area as well as Universal basic education board by 20 per cent with effect from January 1…. see details in the memo.
